Retirement has offered more time for her painting and she has held two exhibitions in Morpeth and one in Hexham during that time. Morpeth County Council commissioned her to design Millennium Christmas cards for a local charity, Northumberland Foundation for Young People. She has also sold prints from original paintings through The National Trust.
In the past she has successfully exhibited work in The Blagdon Gallery, Coquetdale Gallery and The Chantry, Morpeth.
