Natalie Jordon

Natalie Jordon is an artist and illustrator based in Northumberland, and  is delighted to have you here. Natalie appreciates you visiting her little corner of the often hectic internet!

Natalie Jordon has loved drawing and creating for as long as she can remember, but only recently found the courage and opportunity to dive into the art world. So far, she’s loving it and is really grateful that you’re along for the ride.

Natalie is a mostly self-taught artist and illustrator. Although she took Art GCSE at school, she didn’t pursue it further, thinking it wouldn’t be a ‘useful’ A Level… Isn’t hindsight wonderful?!

Fast forward a few years, and Natalie dusted off her art skills to design and create all the stationery for her wedding – a real dream come true. While she probably bit off more than she could chew, she loved diving into a big project and having this creative outlet!

Since then, Natalie has maintained a (mostly) regular art practice, had a lot of fun developing across a range of mediums, and is becoming more confident sharing her work beyond her own four walls.

Her wedding order of service was designed and illustrated by her. A plein air watercolor painting of a view across her husband’s family farm. Natalie and her husband moved to Northumberland at the end of 2022, and she’s never without inspiration up there. If she’s not at her art desk, you will probably find her at a beach or wandering across her husband’s family farm.

Natalie loves capturing both the small beauty of the everyday in her artwork, as well as the big and breathtaking landscapes that fill this county (plus those beyond it!).
